Factory raised & store bought VS free range & farm fresh. Mine is definitely smaller, but it’s the first egg, so it’s expected. Daniel and I were actually the first to taste test the difference because Jeff is hunting. Not only is our yolk much darker (healthier) it tastes amazing. It’s much more creamy and flavorful. The store bought egg yolk was bland and watery in comparison.
